Inserting Images:

To Insert a image go Insert > Image (Ctrl+Alt+I)

Find your image and click OK.

Linking Images:

Click on your image and go to the properties panel which is at the bottom of your dreamweaver, go to Link and type in the url you want it to take the visitor to.

Alt Tags:

Alt Tags are used usually to describe a image when the mouse hovers over a image, to give your image a alt tag, go to your properties panel and type in your image description.

Swapping Images

Swap images when mouse hovers over the image, go to your right hand side panel and click Tag > Behaviours > Swap Image.

Find the image you want to replace the other image with and click OK.

Your new image will appear instead of the old one when mouse over:
